TAKEOVER OF DOCUMENTS

The documents to be translated are taken over by our couriers within the city borders of Ankara or you can send by e-mail, facsimile, Whats App, courier services, and translated documents are delivered to you in the method you select. Moreover online price quotation can be received via our web site.

QUOTATION STAGE

Is the process of getting price quotation for your documents to be translated. While offering price quotation, the features of ordered translation such as target language, content, subject, character or word count are taken into account. Deadline is determined according to character / word count. Prior to starting to translation, your approval is requested. Each quotation has the nature of like a mutual contract.

TRANSLATION PROCESS

Is the most important process following price quotation. Upon takeover of the document, a confidentiality agreement (when requested) is made, a specific reference number is assigned to the translation, and subject of the translation is scrutinized by our language expert and the translator who is expert in that field is determined.

ou can learn the progress of your translations by typing reference number in our mobile application. You can get our Android and IOS operating system compatible application from Google Play Store and Apple Store.

CONTROL PROCESS

The translation is sent to the requester via e-mail with the reference number appended by our system.

APPROVAL PROCESS

After e-mail approval is obtained, the translated documents, when requested, are delivered by hand, e-mail (scanned) or by courier in hardcopy with original signature and stamp.

OFFICIAL APPROVAL PROCESS

When requested your official approval works are followed by our company personnel on free of charge basis. Your documents are being delivered to yourselves by our couriers after notary public, apostille, ministry of foreign affairs and consulate approvals are obtained.

NON-DISCLOSURE OF TRANSLATED DOCUMENTS

We guaranty the correctness of the translated documents. Our company accepts and agrees to make the document re-translated without requesting any charge from the customer and make the document re-approved by the notary public if the document is approved by notary public in the case it is proved that the document is wrongly translated in regard to grammar rules or involves incorrect interpretations. However, responsibility of our company on this matter is limited to make same document re-translated and pay notary public fee. The customer may not request any other losses or damages directly and indirectly other than these costs.

ARCHIVING TRANSLATIONS

In case of re-translation request, we send it without requesting any extra charge from yourselves. We agree and undertake that we will neither give any translated documents nor disclose any information about such translated documents to third parties and not use other than the purposes thereof.

PAYMENT PROCESS

You can make payments against invoice via bank remittance or by hand as per the details to be forwarded by ourselves. Your invoices are delivered to yourselves via by hand, e-mail (scanned), courier service or our company couriers.
